Why this template do not scroll horizontally but this other one yes

Hello and happy new year:

I want my web site do not scrolls horizontally in iPhone but I am unable to do it. As I can see is the same problem with the following template:

If you try to scroll to the left or to the right you will see a blue bacground sliding. Also, you can reduce the size of the screen.

On the other hand and with this template:

All these issues dissapear. But I am unable to discover how to fix them. Can you help me?

For me, the template does not have horizontal scrollbar.

But, if this have this issue in your own layout then this means that there is content outside the viewport.
In that case, make sure that all objects are inside the page boundaries.

Thank you Pablo, but I don't think I have explained myself well. Whats the problem with the following template?

As you can see when I click on it with an iPhone I don't see any horizontal scroll bars but it allows me to do the horizontal scroll...



And when I force the horizontal screoll the bars appears. With this other template the issue is gone:

I do not see any hidden objects outside the viewport in neither templates. At least in the files downloaded from WYSIWYG templates site. So is there a way to lock the horizontal scroll?

I do not see this behavior on my iPhone.
Note however that this template was designed for 480 and higher.

No, the browser will always allow you to scroll if there is more content to show.
Also, most mobile browsers do not take 'scroll-x = hidden' into account.
