Images now not publishing

WB 16.11 (Dec 28 2020)

I have installed the update 16.12 as posted on January 15 but its showing as 16.11 and when checking for update it states its all up to date..

I have published with two projects and no images are being punished to the images folder?

What would suddenly stop images from publishing?

The version is 16.1.2, build date January 15, 2021

But I doubt that your has anything to do with the update.
It's more likely a configuration issue or a problem on the server side.

Are there any errors in the publish log?

Sorry I should have made it clearer.

I manually upload.. I dont use the inbuilt ftp.

No images are being published to the local images folder.

Regarding updating.. I thought i had but obviously had not.

Have downloaded the latest which wont currently install as an error message pops up.

Have to go out now at time of writing.. will update on this later this evening...

If you are using e.g. the built-in Conveyer Belt or an extension that involves images then right-clicking the object has an option "Don't Publish Assets".
But if you are not using the built-in Publisher I guess this won't apply.

Not using any extensions.. No images in the pages are publishing to the local folder,

I can see that images are published in the log when publishing is finished... but when using 'View published website' after publishing no images can be seen....

Never had this before completely stuck.

Also having issuing updating to 16.1.2 with this showing Delete File failed; code 5 Access Denied but I will post this in another thread

To update this and may be worth noting:

I had two issued.. one being that images were not publishing to the local folder....

I tried a couple more times and on the last attempt AVG popped up a message of some kind stating that it had stopped access to my documents.

The other was that I could not update to 16.1.2 as I kept getting the error message:

"An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file: DeleteFile failed; code 5. Acces is denied. Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this"

So I am thinking the two issues are related to AVG...

I tried a couple more times to update and it was only on the last attempt did an AVG message pop up which had not previously appeared stating it had stopped the installation.. or something like that.

So... AVG has now been ripped out of my pc and finally banished for good!

Images now published and 16.1.2 installed

Did you try adding "C:\Program Files\WYSIWYG Web Builder 16\WebBuilder.exe" to AVG's exception list?

Yes I did all that... but was looking for a good excuse to get rid of it anyway Too many pop up notifications
