Hello again!
A little problem with the navigation menu of a client site: the menu, when clicked to see the submenu, is behind the cards ... Is this "normal"? If not, how do I fix it?
Note: this in preview. On the web the submenu doesn't even open ...

Floating elements (layout grids) do not have z-order. So, the next element in the document flow always overlaps the previous elements.
Normally, a menu with sub menus is part of a page header. In that case you can set the 'stack level' to 'in front on content'.
