Save in a different folder
How to save a site in a different folder or a different PC, and make a zip backup.

You can save your project anywhere you want via 'Save As' in the file menu.

I did a "save as", but it does not copy extensions, pictures and videos in the new folder.

Extensions are not saved in the project folder, they shared by all projects. You can set the folder for extensions in Tools -> Options -> Files & folders
By default all your files will be saved in the Documents folder: Documents\WYSIWYG Web Builder\
So, if you make a backup of that folder the all your files will be included.
