content box problems

ive built a online shop with ecwid, i have a master page, index page shop page and a contact page. the master page has header content box and footer, the shop page opens inside the content box in the masterpage, but the index and contact pages dont, its as though the content box is missing for these two pages. ive enabled them to the master page in miscallaneous. any help??????

You have mixed up different layout methods.

The master page and SHOP uses layout grids (flexible layout)
The index and CONTACT_US pages use absolute/fixed layout.
