503 error

Post by akca »

Hello.
I changed my hosting company. My website sometimes gives 503 errors.
The officer of the hosting said " the application density is high, optimize it" I do not know what it means. Do you have any advice.
Also I use older version wysiwygwebbuilder 8.0, can the 503 problem be due to the old version, should I upgrade it?
Thanks for any help

Here is what a 503 means:

A 503 Service Unavailable Error is an HTTP response status code indicating that a server is temporarily unable to handle the request. This may be due to the server being overloaded or down for maintenance.

Sounds like time to find a new host. :D

Thank you for your reply.
I changed 2 hosts in one day. I'm still getting errors sometimes.

The size of your pages is mainly determined by the contents (images, videos etc) and scripts.
So, you are in full control over the 'density' of the website.

Note that version 8 is very old and is no longer supported.
