Is there any interaction between WB code Vs bootstrap.min.css?
Whenever i'm including bootstrap.min.css the page content just squeezes into a small column.

WWB uses it's own style classes. Some of them may be conflicting with bootstrap.

Can it not be worked upon in the next update? Many scripts use boot strap these days.

Sorry, this will not be possible,
Bootstrap will overwrite many default styles, this will break the layout and cause conflicts with many of WWB's internal scripts.
Note that most of Bootstrap functionality is already included in WWB.
