Publisher is having trouble publishing "magnificentpopup" files

Hello, just wondering how to decipher and solve this error I get during publishing.

The error reads " Unable to open file C://Users\Test\AppData\LocalTemp\~publish\magnificentpopup\magnificentpopup"

Then it closes the connection and only a partial upload seems to happen.

Can I fix this? Thanks for any help.

Is there anything else I can try to make the uploads work?

Change the ftp engine from wininet to winsock.
