Page tab active but does not show

I have an odd problem with WB15 build 15.2.0 (Nov 3) where I open a page and the tab of the page shows and when I click on it the tab focus shifts to that page but the page itself does not show. Whatever other page or pages I have tabbed show instead. No amount of switching between tabs will make this page show. This isn't one particular page at fault, it can be any of the 200 odd pages of the site.

I do not think this is directly related to the update. It's a direct2d related issue.
To be able to help you, I need a demo project.

Note that I do not want the complete project, only a (small) demo project.

The problem seems to be random so it might be tricky to solve. I can't make it go wrong on this demo project so far.

I need to know the exact steps to reproduce the problem otherwise there is nothing I can do.

Open a page and then open other pages. What normally happens (on occasion) is that the new page does not show even when you have clicked its tab or even if you close the page in question and reopen it. Its tab appears but the page displayed is one of the others that are open even if you click between the various tabs, other pages will show but the newly opened one will not. It doesn't always do it, but for me, it does it with random pages several times a day.

Can you reproduce the problem yourself with the demo project?

No, I can't

I've just had it happen in my main project where a page is displayed but changing to another open page does not work, also on this occasion when I scroll the page nothing on it moves but the ruler and scroll bars are moving. It's really weird.

As mentioned, I think it's related to Direct2d.
However, if I do not know how to reproduce the problem then there is not I can do to look for a fix.
Once thing I can ensure you is that it's not random. So, you should be able to reproduce the problem by following the same steps.
I need to know those steps.
