Adding Video as background to a layout grid

I am trying to add a YouTube Video as background to a layout grid.
In local preview it shows nothing.
URL used is: https://youtu.be/36OKaRTT3so
It has embedding enabled and available for all platforms
What am I doing wrong?

The format of the URL should be:
https://www.youtube.com/embed/W0LHTWG-UmQ

Does this feature doesn't work on mobiles?
In my page it works fine on laptop but on mobile view, the video is paused and there is no option to start it

Some mobile browsers intentionally do not auto play videos.

I tried the commonest browsers used by people: Chrome, Firefox and Opera, the video doesn't work on these.
Update: The video doesn't work on Tor browser too.
Which are the browsers the video works on?

I think most mobile browsers do not support auto play to save bandwidth and battery life.
Note that this nothing to do with WWB.

I'm only looking for a solution.
Is there a way to go around this browser setting?

All known workarounds have already been implemented.
I assume that you already removed the sound from the video?
