*** SOLVED *** Problem UI v15.0.3

Post by prumievittar »

Good Morning!

I am having a problem with a project, that the graphical interface stops working properly, to be able to see the windows of the WebBuilder.
Also at the time of publishing the project the process remains and does not progress, both for local and FTP.

What strikes me is that it is only in one project.
With version 15.0.2 it did not happen to me, and yesterday I updated and it happens to me with 15.0.3 of both 32 and 64 bits.

I appreciate your help.

REGARDS!

I am not sure if this is directly related to the update.
But to be able to help you I need a copy of the project and a description of the exact steps to reproduce the problem.

The steps I take are:

I open the project, I want to publish the same locally and it fails, it does not show me the windows to proceed.
Also if I want to publish via FTP, the process remains in "Publishing ..."

And the Web Builder behaves strangely with the interface in general.
When opening windows, for example.

Have you tried removing and re-installing 15.0.3? It sounds like the install didn't work properly.

Thanks for the project!
I was able to reproduce the problem and it should now be fixed in the latest build (7/12/2019).

It is to ensure that there is no issues reported by users and if any they are fixed and then it will be available to check within the program. The same applies when a 'Hot Fix' is made you will always be able to download from the Following before it is made in the program.

I downloaded from this page: "Download the latest version of WYSIWYG Web Builder 15.0.3 (build date: July 12, 2019 )" and when I start it up, the help shows July 11th.
