Template tab new category

I made a new category in the tab templates and named a map .
When I restart the programme and select new from template I get the warning;
unsupported format, this file is made with a newer version when I click oke
I can choose a template.
using 64bit hotfix 4
dutch version

Maybe there is an invalid file in the template folder?
The template folder may only contain template files (wtp).

No they are all wtp.
The strange thing is before I made a category in the folder templates and copied
wtp files in it. and then there was no problem.
After I decided to make another category but this time through the programme tab template
add new category filled out a name and clicked enter
After that I get this warning so it has to do with the tab in templates

Maybe one of the templates is using extensions which are not installed?
Or maybe you have used spaces in file names?

Neither of that
this folder works in v14 as it should and they are all your templates
I happened after I made the folder in the tab template
I must say this is the first time I made a new category through the template tab
The warning shows when I choose new from template after the warning I get the template window and I
can choose any template.

Can you please describe step by step how to reproduce this problem?

select new from template in the template window, I made a new category with a new name by clicking on the yellow
mapsymbol and entered.
After restart I get the warning instantly when I select new from template by clicking oke,the window templates pops up, I can choose whatever I want.

I just noticed when the templatewindow is open and I choose a folder that was made directly in the root of the systemmap
leave the programme at this point and restart the programme Idon't get the warning.
BUT! when I choose still in the templatewindow the folder I made through the tab new category, THERE IS THE WARNING BACK!

I was not able to reproduce this problem based on your description. Tested on 5 computers: 2x Windows 7, Windows 8, 2xWindows 10
Maybe you have changed the system folder to an invalid location?
Or maybe the configured folder is not accessible for WB15?

To solve the problem, changed location systemfolder deleted folders in templates made new ones also through the programme
and now it behave like it should.
Problem solved. No clue what was the cause but it's working.
