My antivirus goes crazy when I try to download the latest version of the software.
The listed threat is "Blacklist". Any idea of what's going on? Maybe a false positive?

There is no threat in the program what so ever! You are correct this is a false positive! To resolve please add WWB to your AV's list of execeptions (whitelist) to resolve. If using Bullguard see the following:The listed threat is "Blacklist". Any idea of what's going on? Maybe a false positive?
