Smooth web transitioning

Hello everyone!

Just wondering if it's possible to make the transitioning of a webpage to another page smoothly in WWB? If you will click the Create an account or Forgot Password buttons, the web link change and it goes to another page smoothly. The sample website link is at the bottom. Hope someone can give insight

HTML does not have a standard solution for this.
I think this only is possible if you use a AJAX controlled website where the content is dynamically loaded.
