Link o IP address

Hi,

I have a local server with IP address 192.168.1.14. On that server I run a website build with Wyziwig web builder.
I tried with a "text link" or with a "inline Frame" to connect to another webserver with IP address 192.168.1.15
I can"t get this work. When I connect with a webpage for example https://google.com it works, but when I want connect with 192.168.1.15 it will not work. I also tried http://192.168.1.15 and https://192.168.1.15 but ....nothing.

Is there a possibility to connect witha link to an internal IP address that runs a server?

If the link is valid then it it will also work in WWB, this is unrelated to the application.
Note that there may be a security restriction on your computer (or browser) for local links.
