I am not familiar with Serendipity.
However, you can display external pages with an inline frame or just add a link to the home page of the blog.
If Serendipity supports embedding then you can use the HTML object to make it part of a WWB page.

This is a theme based blog and will require a Serendipity theme to make it work; though you can use an iframe to show it through your Webbuilder website.
