Left Menu Layout

Greetings,

How would one replicate this type of layout? The Category menu is on the left and the body in the center changes based on what the user clicked on in Category: https://www.famousfootwear.com/mens

On my computer, clicking a link in the left menu will open a new page. So, it does not only change the body, but the entire page.
