Adding Forum Member @Tagging

Hi Pablo,

I believe this has been brought up at least once before, but thought I would raise it again. Many PHP forums use / Configure / allow @ tagging of members - used to alert someone when another member directs a question/comment at them. For example @ColinM becomes ColinM and a notification is generated to the tagged party.

Unfortunately there is no easy way to add this functionality to the phpbb forum.
