Options - the General window does not open

Hello, Pablo! In the Russian version WWB 15, Options - the General window does not open. On the English version, everything is fine

The Russian language was created by another user.
Unfortunately, I do not have any control over how it works. it is provided "AS IS"
But I will let the translator know about this.
