**SOLVED** Card Object YouTube Error

Post by code2 »

H, requesting some assistance please.

I have started to use the card object for the first time.

Using the Video function and previewing it, I seem to get the following error for any video link.

"www.youtube.com refused to connect"

Videos play as normal in the Youtube Video object on the same page when tested and via youtube on the desktop.

Any ideas?

Did you use a valid URL?
It must have the following syntax:
https://www.youtube.com/embed/ojocCQpHLh4

See also the examples in the help.

My apologies. I just used a copy of the Youtube URL similar to the Vimeo style.

Thanks for your help.

The YouTube object has not recently changed, it works the same as in previous versions.
Are you using the English version?
If yes, then what are the steps to reproduce this behavior?
