POSTPONED labels

Post by donjohnson24 »

I have been using WWB for some years now, but I am old and my memory ain't what it was. May I therefore ask if there is some function that I have missed that might do what I want to achieve.
I use Layout Grids to get Responsiveness on my sites, and have managed reasonably OK. However, with the current virus situation, a number of events that my sites advertise have, and will be, postponed. It would be handy if I could just plonk a 'POSTPONED' text box (or even better a jpg with sloping text) into one of the grid sections, where it would behave correctly for different size screens.
Something like this Image version of http://www.boga.co.uk/events.html.
I experimented with Toasts and Cards, but they did not seem to do what I want.
Am I asking too much?

With layout grids you cannot overlap other content in the grid. So, placing antihero text object on top is not possible.

Ah! I feared that might be the case.
But thanks for such a prompt reply.
