Menu that stays on top of the site

Post by heynen »

Dear Pablo, Dear all,

I would like to have the same feature that one can find on this page:

https://www.sueddeutsche.de/

If you scroll down, the name of the Newspaper ("Süddeutsche Zeitung") disappears, but the menu (that was BELOW) the name, stays always on top of the page.

Is there a way to do that in WWB?

Thank you

Malte

You can use a layout grid/floating layer for the logo section. Under that, use another layout grid position set to 'sticky' with your menu. However, I find using sticky is a bit finicky.

Another easy solution is using one of RZ's extensions:
Position Fixed Object - https://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/forum ... 53&t=55787
Top Slider - https://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/forum ... 53&t=64238

Thank you!
That was surprisingly easy!!!

The menu was in a flexbox container. I just set the container to "sticky" and it works!

Thanks for the many helpful replies.
