hi guys.
Im new to wysiwyg web builder forum, but i have used wysiwyg 12 and 14 now for 6months plus and i would say i am pretty competent at using it. I do however continuously have a problem with responsive web design when it comes down to viewing my websites on a mobile phone.
Basically i cant get videos or parallax images to show the full view on a mobile and today (ive never used html 5 before) i have got a problem with html5 working on the site preview while on the laptop, but when i upload it to the web its not being played its just a blank space where that to be placed.
I think ive tried every page setting, as ive messed around with this over the months on and off hundreds of times and i still cant configure a happy medium where things work well accross the spectrum.
i have this problem as the title suggests all the time when using slideshows, video, parralax and now also the particles extension as i bought the template.
If this has already been spoken about and there is a fix i appolagies for asking again, but i did try to look but i couldnt find anything????
I have been wondering for quite a while wether it can be fixed by entering our on html code and css scripts, but ive not tried up till now, but any advice on a fix is very much appreciated..
thanks guys Nick (screenname vanndammo)

Re: problems with mobile screen view on parallax, video, and images
This could indicate that either the source file is not websafe or has a invalid name. Note how the video/audio is played or rendered is controlled by the browser.when i upload it to the web its not being played its just a blank space where that to be placed.
See the following:

It is well known and documented that not all mobile devices support parallax and have issues with it. Try temporarily removing the effect and see if that resolves it if it does then you can disable parallax for smaller screens.
Please note thst WWB is not a HTML Editor but a HTML Generator this means no HTML exists till you publish.I have been wondering for quite a while wether it can be fixed by entering our on html code and css scripts, but ive not tried up till now, but any advice on a fix is very much appreciated..
You can of course use the HTML Object for external code see the following
https://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/add_html.html When using external code/scripts it is understood yoy understand how to use as no help it offered on this.
If you are referring to the following template then please contact the seller me.prosenjeets as only he can assist with any issues with the template or extension supplied with it.and now also the particles extension as i bought the template.

Re: problems with mobile screen view on parallax, video, and images
thanks for your input. i don’t suppose you know what settings a page generally likes to be set at for responsive design do you and and also the other tool options.
i play around with it so often i can’t work out which works the best.
cheers

As Pablos reply there is multiple options for this and it is your choice as the designer to what suits you best. See the link provided by Pablo.
