i cannot understand what your question is

I want to make a mask over youtube background.
I would like that [r] FullScreen BG YouTube has one more option to pattern image than I can stretch pattern image to full screen or full layer.
So, with standard background "repeat" option, I'd like the option "stretch" if is possible?

In my footer signature have a link to my page. You will see how I did it in the layer .. I want to do the same widescreen.

I'm trying to set up Youtube background so that it adapts to the screen, but when I reduce the width of the browser up and down appears black.
I do not know why this is happening. I use the zoom but does not help.

it does not appear black
you see two black bands
the reason is that there is no way to know beforehand how the video was created
can be 4:3 or 16:9 (just the most used ratios)
so you must resize the extension instance to that ratio
for 4:3, make it 40px width and 30px height or 80x60 (this way you can easily see where it is placed in the workspace)
for 16:9, make it 160x90 or 80x45 (do you see, always multiple numbers)
now the black bands part...
reduce (or enlarge) the extension height or the extension width until you do not see the black bands anymore when you preview your page

(currently you have 105x100 and this parameter is not correct according to the video size ratio you are pointing to)
