Need to rebuild WBS file

Post by magixkewl »

We lost all our data and downloaded the entire website via ftp client,
How do we recreate a WBS file from the raw data?

It is not possible to rebuild the wbs file from the published HTML.
HTML files do not have enough information to reverse the publish process.

But didn't you make any backups?

The backups got wiped along with the workstation
When files are published does it store a copy of the wbs file as well on the server or no.

The software has the possibility to upload the project to the server.

However, if you did not enable this then it will not be on the server.

Only if you have selected it to do so see the following reading from Auto Backup

If you haven't then you may be able to use the following Import HTML with this is will only bring the basics it will not import any scripts etc.
