Hello,
Been using WB for several years on a device that's a Windows 10 device, 64-Bit. But I have been using the 32-Bit version of WB program for numerous projects, and is still what I am using now, on these various projects.
I think I'm going to be getting a new computer, soon. But I wanted to drill-down into some specifics, here, and ask how I could now begin to use WB 64-Bit on the new device I'll purchase? But then, here's the tough part, essentially, opening all of my .WBS files of different projects that are currently being operated-in by a 32-Bit version of WB on a 64-Bit Windows 10 device. How can I use these "old" .WBS files that are and have been saved and re-saved from within a 32-Bit WB construct, but use them, in the future, on a new Windows device that is 64-Bit.
Also, what is the different between the 32-Bit versions and 64-Bit version of WB? I realize that question may be more of an Operating Systems question rather than a nuts-and-bolts question about WB. But I'm just interested to learn.

Re: Advice on changing from 32-Bit to 64-Bit
Your project should open with any issues in the 64bit version.
The main difference between 64bit and 32bit is that it can use more memory, so you can load bigger projects. Also it is a little bit faster.

Re: Advice on changing from 32-Bit to 64-Bit
@pablo, thanks for the advice. While I don't use a *ton* of different extensions, I do use a few (like "particles") , among my various .WBS 32-Bit .WBS files at the moment.
So if I get my new computer that's 64-Bit, and download and use the 64-Bit version of WB, what if I try to open a .WBS file that was still 32-But, but has an Extension that wasn't, as you said, "ported", over to 64-Bit, what would happen? Will I get some sort of a red "Error", and the file won't load? Just want to know how to plan, in case I need to make an update to a .WBS file, but I get some sort of error because I try to open a .WBS file that was made in 32-Bit with 32-Bit Extensions, but some of the Extensions that may be in it weren't ported up to 64-Bit--like, what will happen? How do I overcome it?

Re: Advice on changing from 32-Bit to 64-Bit
If an extension is not available in the 64bit version then you will not be able to opine the project.
In that case, you will first have to open it in the 32bit version, and then remove the extension from the project.
