Hi.
Probably this question may not be related to the operation of WEB BUILDER 16/64
But I would like to share it with you.
It concerns Smartsupp application. Although I paste the code on my home page (betwwen <HEAD> </HEAD>), it does not appear on internet.
All other web pages work perfectly with this application.
Is there something I must do?

Maybe you have pasted invalid code or maybe there is a conflict with other code on the page?

Although I am not familiar with this a quick search on Google shows that the code from Smartsuup it uses javascript. They recommend that you insert between <heads></head> tags* which should work. The reason why it may not work is
you may have enabled "Move Javascripts to end of the page" to resolve Go to Tools-> Options-> HTML and make sure in the Javascript section that "Move Javascripts to end of the page" is unchecked and try again.

In the Page Properties, you have selected 'Disable custom code', this means that the code will not be published.
You will need to uncheck this option.
