"particles" removed from toolbox in WB-16 ?

Post by CosmickGold »

I'm wanting to use the floating stars (with moving faint lines) as shown in the Template named "WorldWide", located at:
http://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/suppor ... dwide.html
However, after downloading that template, the stars/lines are not working, neither online nor locally.

But I wasn't totally out of luck because the source code shows a box labeled "<HTML> particles script".

Searching for more info regarding that name, I found two more working examples:
https://vincentgarreau.com/en
and
file:///C:/Users/Tommy/Downloads/wysiwyg/Particles/particles.js-master/particles.js-master/demo/index.html
Files for "Particles" are also available on GitHub:
https://github.com/VincentGarreau/parti ... er/demo/js

But a video about it (in Spanish which I don't speak) shows it in the toolbox of WD-15.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NtpuI0nFElM
So why is it not in my new WD-16? How can I get it and install it?

I looked at instructions I found online telling how to add it via provided JSON code + js code + CSS code. But that seems to defeat the idea of WB being so simple, and being WYSIWYG.

Anyone here able to tell me how to install it -- the right way -- into my WD-16?

Particles haven't been removed from the Toolbox in WB16 as they were never part of it. They are a Extension which you can either install from the Extension Manager under Miscellaneous or you can download from the following url which will require you to input your serial for WB16.

Please note Extensions are not part of the software they are provided on the basis of "AsIs" with no support.
