Since it seems web Builder can do it all... it would be interesting to have the option in email link properties for CC, BCC, and prepopulated options for Subject and Body.

Using mailto for linking to a email isn't the best way to go and is always best to use a form. See the following:
Why doesn't the 'mailto' form action work on all PCs?

But feel free to post all suggestions at the following for consideration

If you use the built-in form processor script then you can set these options in the properties of the form.
