Smooth fading out a page by leaving that page ?

Hello, how could I realize a smooth fading out by leaving a page, e. g. by clicking on a link in that page ?

Is there a demo to this extension (I mean to try this extension) ?
As far as I understand there is no "Try" before "Buy" i.e. no demo....
