How overlay text over image

Hello is there any way to overlay a text over a image? as show on this sample where LIVE UPADTES overlay the image

You can use the rollover text object to overlay text.
or else use a standard image with watermark.

Thnkas Pablo but any of the solution fix the needed, watermark it is to clear and without background, an rollover ext just work if image got focus, i really need as show in my screenshot , it is rare that WYSIWYG do not have this solution
