google review

Post by Kirsten »

Hi there,
I have just written with Pablo and he asked me to put my question here in the round.
So I want to show the google review on my website see example: https://www.ostflut.net/bewerbungsfotos/

Do you have an idea how to do that? Unfortunately my programming skills are very low. So an extension or plug-in would be great. :D

Thanks in advance
best regards
Kirsten

This is a WordPress website and not built with WWB. Where is your website? Do you have the link?

As zinc the url you have provided is made with WP 🙄 You should note this forum is for sites / questions related to WYSIWYG Web Builder software and not WP. If you have a question please provide a url to your site made with WWB.

Hi there,
that is already clear to me but I am looking for a way to set it up on my wwb page https://www.bilderzauber.eu/ and would appreciate your help.
With us in Germany this is becoming more and more an issue and I don't want to switch to WP but do it with WWB.
Can someone help me?
I would be glad

Well there are several ways to do this. First of all you know you can export a google review so it will be like a link

so for example
https://goo.gl/maps/VHTy1UQSUNnVKWR47

So what you can do is use this extension
https://www.wysiwygwebbuilder.com/forum ... =1&t=78945

and copy the text and add this link to it and pretty much achieve the same thing.

Hope this helps.

I could be wrong here but your example is not pulling info in from Google. It looks to me they simply created a slider with the text, stars and google icon to mimic a review. It doesn't appear to me that it is dynamically pulling any info. In that case, Zinc's idea would be a great way to recreate it, although I'm not 100% sure what the rules are behind using Google reviews on your website.

Which is why I originally suggested Pablo's extension...
