Created zip backup
I have one of my sites that when I create a zip backup of the site and then try to open zip I get an error message that the Compressed (zipped) folder is invalid. I have tried re-saving the project as new project but I get the same results. I have several other projects that all save fine. Anyone have any suggestions?
Re: Created zip backup
There are no known issues with zip. But it may be related to the file name or files used by the project.
To be able to help you I need a copy of the project and project folder.

Re: Created zip backup
Pablo, how do I can I send you a copy of project and project folder? As a note I did create a manual zip using Windows 10 zip function and it worked. Should I attach that zip here?
Re: Created zip backup
Upload the file to your website or file sharing service and post the link.
I assume you are using the latest update (14.3.3)?

Re: Created zip backup
Thank you Pablo. I will get it uploaded and send the link when done. My internet service is not the fastest so it will take some time.

Re: Created zip backup
I think the problem is related the size of the project and images. On my computer the total size is bigger than 2GB. if you are using the 32bit version then the maximum size of a zip file is 2GB.
I strongly recommend to resize the images before adding them to your website. Not only will this make your website faster, but it will also be easier to backup.
Also note that many errors in the files names. For example, names with spaces or names that start with a number.
