My computer crashed and I lost everything. I downloaded another WYSIWYG and I see the rectangle Web Builder 14 at bottom of the page. I know this means it's the 30-day trial version. How do I go back to the regular version? I had 14 before the crash.

There is no regular version as you call it! you can get the latest version at the following Download Have you reapplied your details again( email/licence)? You may need to contact Pablo and have him reset your licence for you to resolve this. Did you re register the program? If so then to remove the image highlight it then press delete.

You may have uploaded a copy of the project to your host but only you will know this if you haven't see the following url reading from the last post by Pablo. Also note you will need to install any extensions you may have used to open any projects you may have backed up on the server before it will open.

Thank you BaconFries. I was able to get the website project to my computer (excuse as I don't know proper terms). Very glad, but one problem is all images on project missing with "image cannot be found" in the place. I did find a file with the images, but do not know how to put them into the website project. Any ideas?

What exactly do you mean by computer crashed? It is possible your hard drive still has the data you require and can be recovered. It might be worth exploring your options regarding that and save yourself some headaches.
