Hi support,
I am starting to setup a login page. I also included a new user signup. However, when I tested a new user signup, it took about half an hour to receive a respond email saying that the account has been setup successfully. Is this normal behavior? How can I set it in a way that the new user will get pretty much instant reply?
My test site as below.

Re: Login page email to signup user
This has nothing to do with the program or your form. Once published to your host / server it is then processed there, any delay is in sending / receiving is server related. I would contact your host and ask if there is any issue with the email server and ask for a fix.
Re: Login page email to signup user
The "delay" could be at the receiving end. Is your email client configured to get new mail every 30 minutes (or, some other time interval)? Can you manually force a "Get mail" to download on demand?
Your email may have been sitting waiting at your email provider waiting for the next request??
