Form submission

Post by windsurfer »

I have a form where people can submit attachments, when i have 1 upload field on the form it sends me the inormation filled out on the form and it attaches the submitted file to the email i receive.
When on the form in the image i select 5 files to upload i get the email with the files attached but not the information that was filled out in the form.
Why would that happen ?

Hi Pablo
I found the problem. in the form properties under the Form processing section below the Subject: is a field to enter a message, when i selected edit the dialog box came up and i could select the email format which by default is Plain Text. When i change that to HTML this is where the problem is, when i only attach 1 file it works okay but when more than 1 file is attached it doesn't work.
I changed it back to Plain text and now it works.
Not sure why one can select the different formats though.
