Did you use brackets in the field name?

Accept multiple files = check
Name = indexFileUpload1[ ]
or
Name: indexFileUpload1[]

No images are in the email or in the database or in a folder on server.
I have set the folder name for this.

If i set the name whitout the [] brackets i get only one image.
And whit [] brackets i get no images.

FWIW:
If you haven't already tried it, you can have more than one File Upload object on a form.
E.g. if you think a max of 6 files could be uploaded then just put 6 File Uploads on the form.
Only the files entered will be uploaded.
