Pages and elements I havent touched are changing where they show up.

Hello, I am having an issue where elements on pages that I haven't touched are moving around to other parts of the page.

Example: http://trafficsignsminnesota.com/School-Signs-MN.html The header text is...not in an attractive spot. I have not touched the elements on this page. I have been working on a separate page.

At this point, I never know what to expect from this software. Unless am missing something obvious...Is this a CSS issue? An HTML issue? A settings issue? Here is a screenshot of my settings https://imgur.com/a/pOUr7Wc

Any suggestions on why this would be happening?
