Links Page

Post by johnsmith0251 »

I created a page with about 50 links.

It's a lot of text so I broke everything down to multiple text boxes with no more then 5 links in a box.

I set the text boxes to 315 px wide.

In WWB everything looks great.

When I preview or publish, some of the links are displayed fully across (not splitting to another line).

This is causing the page to stretch.

I played with the settings a bit ... gave extra space, etc.

So far nothing has worked.

Any suggestions?

I'm not sure, but if I remember correctly then links do not wrap to the next line in browsers.

Is there a workaround for this?

It's just a problem with a few links.

I do not have a standard solution, but maybe this will be helpful?

From your description it sounds like you are pasting in the full url. If that is so, perhaps input some short text description and linking the url from that.

That's actually what I ended up doing. I was just worried Google would view it differently for seo purposes if I did not use the full link.
