Web Builder uses the extension .wbs (Web Builder Site) to save it's documents. These documents are not HTML files but 'packed' data files containing layout details about a web page, so they can easily be edited by the software. One file can contain mutliple web pages, so you can keep all pages of your web site in one file.
When you publish the page (locally or to your website's FTP server), Web Builder automatically generates the HTML code for you.
To save the file to a local folder select File->Publish from the menu or choose Export to HTML.
