User roles and avatars in WWB14 only work with MySQL database. This functionality was not designed to be used with flat database.

The (third party) editors all use built-in editor functionality of the browser. If you copy/paste text form another editor then it may include invalid formatting and mess up the format. You will need to do all formatting in the editor itself. Note that WWB has not control over how these editors work...

Did you look in the browser's debugger for errors? (F12)

Is the page in the same folder as the other pages?
What is the URL of the page?
What is the PHP code of the page?

Maybe you have enabled "Generate external file for page specific JavaScripts" in Tools->Options->HTML?
This will move the script to another file and therefore it will not be processed by the PHP parser,.
