As these fonts are usually used to display symbols then if they are not installed then where you have used symbols they won't display correctly or not at all.I have just discovered that an old problem I had (Calibri and Segoe font missing)

Why would it be of a low resolution cant you upload the original image you are saying looks foggy in the software. Surely the original is not foggy.The import will be a low resolution copy. How can I manage to avoid that?

A .wpp extension file is not made with wysiwyg webbuilder 16/17/18/19 it was created with Serif WebPlus so it cannot be opened with WB19 or WB16 as it is not compatible.

Is the landing page template made with WWB or something else. Note WWB is not a HTML Editor but a HTML Generator to any and all HTML doesn't exist till published. Please note if you have saved the project (the .wbs) in WWB19 then you will not be able to open in WWB16 as it is not possible...Im going to roll back to the 16 version and make sure its uploading with that one.. let me check

There is a difference on how video is played/supported in the browser than locally on your PC with the editing software In chrome it expects the video to be encoded H264 so if the video is encoded at H263 in the mp4 then it won't play the video. Just a stab in the dark here...I haven't ever used the extension one possible reason why it may not be working is it using MySQL and not MySQLi as may servers now use or require.
