Maybe it's position is off the screen. Did you check the properties to see where it is in the other breakpoint?

Updated scouting site
I've finished (I hope) updating my site here https://www.penninescouts.org.uk/ Key new things are: 1. It has no breakpoints in the WBS file. It's made using layout grids to make it responsive. This means I only have one breakpoint to manage - so it's much easier for me to keep updated 2. There's no ...

Using master pages and names of objects
If you use a master page, can I suggest that all objects in it are renamed to something unique. Personally, I put an M (for Master) in front of every object name(e.g. Image1 becomes MImage1). Re: internal links changing from HTTP to HTTPS
WWB doesn't care. Use .htaccess on the server to force https.
Something like this should work.
RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTPS} !=on
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301,NE]

Object properties, select 'footer' from the 'position' item at the bottom of the page. This applies to layout grids which I use as a footer - I then put things into that which I want at the bottom of each page.

1920 - just because I did. I don't think it makes any difference what you set.
Java script - no idea. I know that later on I put one on the header page which disables right click (to make it harder to download photos). But that doesn't seem to be on the template. Sorry for the confusion.
