Re: YouTube subs

Hi BaconFries, now you've confused me. There is insert HTML from Tool Box, or Page HTML, or even r-click on the object > Object HTML. I'm guessing the third is the appropriate way forward (as it is an adapted FontAwesome icon that is the initaitor here), though which specific tag? Sorry, as said, I ...

Re: YouTube subs

Hi Pablo, I need a definitive answer, as many responses I feel assume I know half of it already, when I would prefer a clean explanation. So, the code generated by the "Configure a Button" webpage is to be placed in Object HTML > Custom Style (tab) ? Meanwhile, in the object's Properties is nothing ...

Re: YouTube subs

Ok, scrap my previous request, as this tutorial maybe helps? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yrfG_3fgh6Q

New question is: where to place the generated code? Within the object's HTML, specifically which of the 4 tabs is the best/right one?

Re: YouTube subs

Sorry, I need a little more hand-holding. So I place the code within the Page HTML option, which tab? If not, where otherwise exactly? And are you saying that this code will direct the user, after having clicked/pressed the YouTube icon on my website page, not to the YT channel's homepage, but inste...

Re: YouTube subs

Hi Sorry. Brain is everwhere at the moment launching a company, so forgetting what was asked a while back. Thank you for reminding. Looking at the article, and I need a little hand-holding. There is some code; presumably I c&p it, but where? How do I get my channel's specific "subscribe" page? Which...

YouTube subs

Hi,

Is there a way of using a "Subscribe to YouTube icon", that instead of merely going to your YT channel page, somehow automatically subscribes to your YT channel.

Thank you,

DC

Re: thumbnails

Oh, Ok. So you simply add the image in the good ol' fashioned way?

thumbnails

Hi, I have kinda gone through this on other threads, but an old method used is not recommended and I'm after clear advice on how to proceed. When, say, you post a link on Facebook the public sees a (chosen by the designer) thumbnail of the page in question. From the top, how to manage this in a web ...

Re: iPad CAPCHA input data not showing

Hi, thank you. I have tested, and the "seeing-input-text" is now resolved. Can someone please verify if the thumbnail still shows up? I think it does, though just asking here for clarification. Thanks, DC

MP3 not testing through iPad

Hi, just going through some tests, now incl. an iPad (only just acquired one), and the following page has a "drum impact" MP3 playing as part of the page design (http://www.theavenuemotionpicturecompany.com/), but although it reproduces on PC and Android, there's no sound with iPad. Any ideas? DC

Re: iPad CAPCHA input data not showing

Ok, so to be clear (before I go ahead), the 'stuff' that I currently have in the second tab of Page HTML, simply cut & paste all this into "Page Properties>Meta Tags>Meta Tags>User Define", then place the code supplied by Pablo (to correct this thread's original CAPCHA issue) into the now-empty Page...

Re: iPad CAPCHA input data not showing

Hi BaconFries,

Thank you, though I don't understand. Can we start from the beginning? From the top, what is the other method of having thumbnail produced when you post your link on social media? If this notion is correct, then I add the code(s) above in the correct Page HTML tab?

D.

Re: iPad CAPCHA input data not showing

I alreay have the following here, for Facebook debgger - for advertising thumbnails (or how best phrased), <!-- Facebook Open Graph Meta Tags --> <meta property="og:locale" content="it_IT"/> <meta property="og:title" content="The Avenue Motion Picture Company" /> <meta property="og:type" content="vi...

Re: iPad CAPCHA input data not showing

ooh, that's scary. Ok, open up "Page HTML" and there is "Generated HTML" plus seven tabs. Assuming your extra code goes in "Generated HTML", where exactly to place the new code amongst, presently, 437 lines worth? I will be offline now for a couple of days, so will implement, test and come back to y...
