I tried installing the update but it claims another version is already installed.
Since I'm not so savvy with the pc , it looks like a stealership visit is next.

What's peculiar is that just two months earlier the program was functioning well,
then suddenly this month I try to open it and it fails.

Webbuilder WYSIWYG 16 stopped functioning suddenly.

Originally installed this program back in June 2021.
Just thirteen months later the program stops functioning.

Reinstalled the program as per the alert pop-up screen.
The popup screen claims that VCRUNTIME140_1.dll is missing
