i created the website, on a pc it looks fine, on a phone all the pages are ok but the main page the menu is over the title and i cant get it to move. it is a CSS menu ...how can i post a picture to show

i have a form on my website to upload files but it will only allow 1 picture how can i get it to let several file be attached and uploaded
