Usually, this indicates that not all files have been publish. Make sure you select 'publish all files' . If that does not work then check the publish log for errors. Yes my FTP settings were set to PUBLISH: Entire website and FILES: publish all files Is this the "LOG" of which you suggest...

Yes you are correct there is no difference between the editor and the preview that is why I included a screenshot of the actual uploaded page in the browser but if you wish to see directly go to tshandsales.com
