Re: New Website, comments appreciated.

When you have the image or picture on the screen in WWB if you right-click on it at the bottom of the menu screen that pops up there is a Save Image as option select that and then select the file extension to be WEBP and keep track of where it saves it so you can then go back to that picture on your...

Re: New Website, comments appreciated.

Also consider using the save as image built into WWB and convert your JPGS etc to WEBP format and swap over to that format the pages will load much faster with image file sizes only 10 to 40% of the size of having to load a 200KB jpg that could be only 20KB in WEBP format. It also moves you up highe...

Re: Websites for my wife...

Good looking site the website guy one thing though why would you not convert the JPG pics to WEBP that is built into WWB as WEBP will reduce the file size to about 30 to 35% of the jpg allowing faster page load times and higher SEO rankings. Or your still in the process.

Re: RE: a couple sites I updated

People that use WWB I think many underestimate the value of that built-in conversion feature for pictures to WEBP from other formats. Unless many are not aware of it along with that, SEO prefers that format and the smaller sizes that are created, reducing page load time. This is a feature people sho...

Re: RE: a couple sites I updated

From a marketing standpoint, I would get away from Italic fonts for the whole of the wording, especially with the use of darker colours it makes it harder for the readers. Remember, websites need to draw in without a distraction, and they only have 5 seconds to pull in. Italics forces the brain to a...

Re: myaagrapevines.com version 3.0

It may be helpful to use the Firefox browser when designing, as it has a Browser Tool Option under the tools menu that allows you to view in responsive mode and adjust the size to see how the site will appear on different devices.

Worth installing Firefox just for that built-in view feature itself.

Thanks for pointing me to the location needed. It has been a while since I used the software for graphics. Makes things easier than looking for old PNG files.

Anywhere to download the shadow graphics from older versions

Hello All, Is there anywhere on the site where from the older versions of WYSIWYG Web Builder (8? etc) the graphics that were once used to make shadows under forms or shapes to give them the 3d look etc? I know there is CSS but it seems some of the older shadow graphics are hard to emulate. Like hav...

Re: WWB17 Software Development Website Developed

The site takes way too long to load especially for a tech company. Either your server is too slow and bogged down or you using hugh files for the site that need to be reduced. But other than that it looks good.
