When I try to delete it, it pops up a message about needing to purchase the program. I purchased this program in good faith less than 2 years ago. Why is it not supported?

My product is activated, so I don't get an activation prompt window when opening program, but it will not let me remove the "Built With" logo. My customer does not want that on their page. How do I remove it? WSIWYG Version 12, purchased December of 2017.
