Using WYSIWYG to create email newsletters

Hi everyone,

My apologies if this has already been asked, I have checked the guides/forums etc but can't find anything. I want to use WYSIWYG to create email newsletters, but when I create a page and copy the HTML code into my mailer software it's all over the place, missing images, formatting ...

Hi...thanks for everyones help.

The pages are set to Unicode (UTF-8), and I have tried various fonts, Arial, Times New Roman etc...pretty much all the web safe ones.

The problems goes away, i.e. I type £ on the keyboard and get £ uploaded when I change the page to ISO-8859-1 US/Western, but I'm ...

Hi,

Yes when I click insert Symbol and select £ it displays fine, but when I just type a £ it seems to add the extra character?

Any ideas?
